Returns Policy


Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds except where applicable under Australian Consumer Law.  All products purchased from us are covered by "consumer guarantees" which can be viewed here.



For "change of mind" items we will accept a return under the terms of this policy as follows: 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your item/s, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit. 

Please notify us that you will be returning an item either by email -,  contact form or by calling the showroom on 03 9548 8006 providing us with your invoice number, item to be returned, reason for return and whether you would prefer an exchange or store credit. Please include your name and a contact telephone number.

Any item to be returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and (if applicable) not assembled in any way. If a returned item does not meet these conditions a return may be declined or a 20% restocking fee may apply.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs for your item (from us to you) are non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. If you are approved, we will either exchange the item or issue a store credit for the amount paid for the item. If an item to be exchanged is of a lesser value than the original item a store credit will be issued for the outstanding amount.

For cancellation of a custom made item a 30% cancellation fee may apply.

We reserve the right to decline a return on a case by case basis.

Gift cards are non-returnable
